Ten huge boxes full of supplies are headed to one of the poorest regions of the third world thanks to pupils and staff at The Beaconsfield School.
The boxes include filter cartridges and water treatment tablets, paid for by Jordan and District Rotary Club, who are taking the boxes to Derbyshire from where they will be shipped to wherever they are needed when disaster strikes.

Beaconsfield Old Town Residents Association holds its annual general meeting at the White Hart pub in the Old Town on April 8.
All members of the association are invited to attend the meeting, which starts at 7.45pm.
