This is a list of planning applications registered with South Bucks District Council during the week ended 29th January 2010. Many of these applications will not be heard at Planning Committee, but, rather, will be decided by Officers under the Scheme of Delegation operated by the Council.

10/00104/TPO: Fell one beech tree at St Francis Cottage, 10 Stratton Road for Miss Bedborough.
10/00113/FUL: Two storey side extension incorporating double garage at 24A Chiltern Hills Road for Mr And Mrs Ramus.
10/00119/FUL: Two storey side extension at 72 London End for Mr Meldrum.
10/00131/CLOPED: Application for certificate of lawfulness for proposed: Single storey rear extension at 12 Oakdene for Mr And Mrs Wingfield.
10/00125/FUL: Conversion of garage into habitable accommodation involving a new pitched roof and single storey rear extension at 43 Burkes Road for Mr Alexander.
10/00048/FUL: Alterations, incorporating front and rear dormers. (Renewal of Planning Permission 06/00172/FUL) at 18 Burgess Wood Road for Mr Robin Paine.
10/00080/FUL: Change of use from newsagents (Use Class A1) to cafe (Use Class A3) at Martins Newsagents, 17 Penn Road for Bryan Youlden.
10/00138/FUL: Single storey rear extension and replace exisiting flat roof to front with pitched roof at 4 Tilsworth Road for Mr And Mrs Redfern.
