Posted by Polly Manser on Jan 6, 10 11:10 AM in Crime

THE HOLIDAY was ruined for a family in Holtspur when burglars broke into their house and ransacked their entire property looking for valuables.

Burglars got in to the property on Holtspur Top Lane by forcing open a ground floor window. A list of items stolen has not yet been released.
The house was broken into between 10pm on January 3 and 5pm the following day. Police are not revealing the number of the house but say it is between numbers 100 and 120. Anybody who thinks they may have information that could help officers find the culprits are asked to call 0845 8505 505.
Two others houses in Beaconsfield were broken into over the New Year holiday.
A kitchen window was forced at house in Candlemas Mead after dark on New Year's Day and a television, computer consoles and games were taken.
And on January 4 burglars got into a house in Butlers Court Road just after midnight through the lounge window to take a laptop, phone and handbag.
