A TRADITIONAL Christmas farmers market, along with festive music from the Denham and Hendon Brass Band, will get shoppers into festive mood in Beaconsfield Old Town on Saturday.

Christmas fare from producers within Bucks, Berks and Oxon will include a wide range of locally reared poultry, cured hams, sausages and bacon, local game and meats. Also on sale will be cakes, award-winning cheeses fresh organic vegetables, Chiltern brewed beer, wines and liqueurs and specialities including old-fashioned quince products, hand-made chocolates and other tempting goodies.
The Beaconsfield farmers market, which has just been short-listed by FARMA for a Farmers' Market of the Year award, is run by Thames Valley Farmers' Market Co-operative. The Christmas farmers market takes place from 9am to 12.30pm on Windsor End.
