Seeleys House celebrates 25 years with biggest Christmas Fair

SEELEYS House respite and day centre for adults with learning difficulties is hosting its biggest ever annual Christmas Fair later this month to coincide with the 25th anniversary of its highly‐valued day service.

Families are invited to join the festivities at Seeley's House in Campbell Drive, Knotty Green, on Saturday 28th November from 10am to 3pm.
Organised by the Friends of Seeleys House (FOSH), the Christmas Fair will help to raise funds for the vital services Seeleys House provides for adults with severe learning difficulties and physical disabilities in the South Bucks area.
This year's Christmas fair will feature a wide variety of craft and gift stalls selling jewellery, handbags, plants, books, homeware, luxury foods, and Christmas supplies. For the children, there will be games, face painting, a Santa's grotto and the first Seeleys House Christmas colouring competition.
The colouring competition is open to all primary school children in the Beaconsfield area, with some fantastic creative supplies up for grabs for the winning pictures.
Visit www.seeleyshouse.org.uk to download the pictures to colour, and remember to submit all entries by Tuesday 24th November 2009. Winners will be announced at Seeleys House Christmas Fair, where the
best entries will be on display.
Liz Addison, Chairman of FOSH, whose daughter has been visiting the day centre for over 10 years, said: "The Christmas Fair this year will be a great day out for all the family and a brilliant opportunity to bagsome unique Christmas gifts. We're hoping to raise money for much‐needed improvements to the centre, including a sensory garden and a trampoline to help with physiotherapy."
