Hooligans vandalise Malthouse Square playground

Hooligans have vandalised a revamped playground paid for by the community months after its grand opening in September by Beaconsfield MP Dominic Grieve.
Vandals ripped off 16 out of 21 plaques at the Malthouse Square playground on Wednesday.

The playground, in the Old Town, was revamped last year after people living nearby raised £33,000 to pay for a new woodland trail. One of the fundraising methods was to get families to donate money in return for plaques with inscriptions which were fitted onto fence posts.
Kirsty Godfrey, who led the fundraising campaign, said she was gutted and saddened.
She said: "The thing is that it's the community that paid for the plaques, and it's he people from the community who have vandalised them, that's what's really gutting."
She vowed that the plaques would be replaced. "They need to go up, we want to do that, but there's going to be a cost, and the funds that we have in our pot we wanted to spend it all on new play equipment."
She added: "They are bored teenagers, they don't realise the impact they have on people's lives."

We'd like to hear from you.

I'm SURE that our illustrious, dedicated and hard working Police Farce will be only too happy to offer some strong words of advice, issue a Crime Ref. number, and sweep it all under the carpet as usual......

THEY KNOW WHO DID THIS. WE ALL KNOW WHERE THESE SCUM LIVE. BUT YET AGAIN WE CAN DO NOTHING ABOUT IT, WHICH MEANS TVP WON'T EITHER!!!
