Beaconsfield Iain Rennie appeals for more donations

Posted by Greg Burns on Feb 26, 09 02:46 PM in Beaconsfield News

A charity shop is appealing to the public to think of them when sorting out unwanted items at home.
Iain Rennie Hospice at Home needs more stock at its shop in The Arcade, Beaconsfield, because fewer people are donating.
Lesley Blencowe, head of retail and trading, said: " Recently we have begun to notice that the amount and quality of donations is falling. We are particularly in need of good quality clothing, and would ask anyone doing a spring-clean to bear us in mind."
Clothing, jewellery and household items are wanted. Profits are used to fund a free nursing service for the terminally ill.
