Keran Henderson juror faces contempt charges
The juror who hit out at the verdict in the Keran Henderson manslaughter case is to face contempt of court action following his comments.
The Times, which published the story in December 2007, will also face legal action.
Mrs Henderson, a mother-of-two from Iver Heath, is expected to launch an appeal against her conviction this year.
The case has been brought against the newspaper and the jury foreman for telling "secrets of the jury room," according to Philip Havers QC, who applied to the High Court for permission to start contempt proceedings.
