Cards for good causes opens for business
An established part of the Christmas build-up has opened its doors so shoppers can buy their charity cards.
Cards for Good Causes has set up camp in the carpark of St Teresa's Church, Warwick Road and will be open seven days a week up until Wednesday, December 17.
It officially opened last Friday and organiser Marilyn Clark has reported a great start to the sale.
She said: "The church lets us use its carpark every year so everyone knows exactly what is going on. It is going wonderfully and lots of people have been in."
The shop has cards from more than 40 charities and will be open from 9.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday and Sunday from 12.30 to 4pm.
