Police are investigating an alleged road rage incident in Beaconsfield which involved a motorcyclist punching a driver several times.
The incident happened last Thursday at around 3.30pm on Amersham Road.
PC Robert Mellor said: "During the incident a motorcyclist is alleged to have overtaken a car before laying his bike on the road and walking up to the driver's door, opening it and punching the driver several times in the face. He then road off in the direction of the A40."
Police are asking for anyone who saw a motorbike driving aggressively in the town at the time or who know who the rider is to call them on 0845 8 505 505, or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.

Sadly, this type of behaviour is all too prevalent these days. Little wonder our youth is thinking that it's perfectly acceptable to behave like this when they see Adults doing it.

There seems to be a nasty undercurrent of people living in/near Beaconsfield these days, as has been demonstrated by some of the comments left here on this very website!

C'mon, people, let's not over-react. The aggressor is merely unloved and disenfranchised and is merely expressing himself in the only way he knows how. Can't you see his actions were a desperate cry for help?
