Closing date for adult classes applications looming fast

Posted by Greg Burns on Sep 24, 08 02:27 PM in Beaconsfield News

Adults will be able to hone their computer or language skills next month thanks to new night classes being run by Beaconsfield High School.
The courses will start on Tuesday, October 14, at the school, in Wattleton Road.
For language students there will be beginner classes aimed at enabling the learner to express and understand language in life situations including greetings, numbers and signs, and ordering food and drink.
People who attended evening classes last year will be able to build on their skills with each course lasting for five weeks with a one hour session per week.
There will be two computer courses - in basic Word and Powerpoint, and basic Excel - and will run for five weeks, two hours per week from 6pm to 8pm.
Closing date for entries is Friday, September 26. Email morris-p@beaconsfieldhigh.bucks.sch.uk stating your name, contact details, including phone number and the course you wish to attend.

We'd like to hear from you.
